Beauty and the Beast

Grammy and Grampy took Breanna to her first play (musical) on St. Patrick's day.  She loved it!  She saw the movie beforehand and Auntie shell got her some little figurines of Belle, the beast, Mrs. Potts, Chip, etc.  They were great seats, up in the Orchestra section.  I ended up tagging along because my Dad found one seat randomly for $30 in the Orchestra section a couple days before the play (the cheapest ticket at that point was $65 so this was a screaming deal!)  It was so fun seeing all the little girls dressed up fancy for the play.  Breanna does not look like she had a good time in the pic, but she loved it....she just didn't want to have a picture taken at the moment and we forgot the camera for the event.  She keeps asking when they get to go again!

Rewind - Christmas 2011

Here are some pics of Christmas eve day, Grandma and Grandpa came to visit, that I didn't know I had, plus Christmas morning at our house before church and then Grammy and Grampy's house.
They got the kids sports balls and ring pops! They were in heaven :)

Busy

Life has been very busy lately.  Good, but busy.  I don't feel like I have the energy to try and recap on the blog....maybe I will another day.

But for now........

Today in the backyard Ethan told Rob that when we get REALLY REALLY old that we will go in the ground. We won't have any food, water, toys, nothing.  Then we will have no bodies.  Then we will go to heaven and then come back and our bodies will be turned green.

Quite the funny fellow :)

Superhero birthday - 5 years old!!

Breanna had a super hero party for her 5th birthday!!
I was there too, but there is just one pic below that shows that I even attended :)  We had an AMAZING turnout with very little notice.  Guests were encouraged to dress up as superheroes.  We had batgirl, batman, another batman, spiderman, bumblee bee girl, cat girl, super grammy and grampy, and a couple other superheroes (don't know their exact superhero names!!)  The kids had a climbing through a spiderweb obstacle course, a superhero scavenger hunt to find the cake and superhero dancing.
Glad we did it, but it sure stressed me out (2 weeks out of surgery and baby sleeping horribly at night didn't help).  But everyone helped to make it enjoyable!
