Should have known


Apparently only working out once a week at the gym doesn't help you lose weight.....

Actually it's the fact that you HAVE no weight to lose means you won't lose weight. ;-)

I should have known that even working out at the gym 5x/week doesn't help me lose weight if my portions are too big. I love to exercise and I love to eat so they cancel each other out.
